Amanda Christiansen with The Mindful Moment in Fort Wayne, IN can provide yoga, meditation, breathwork, or a combination of all 3 to meet the needs of your workforce. She will bring these services to your location. All you need is a space to accommodate the class.

Sessions can range from 30 minutes to 1 hour and she can meet anywhere from 1 day a week to multiple times per week. Early mornings before work, breaks, lunchtimes, or after work are currently available.
