Amanda Christiansen practiced yoga off and on for many years, but it wasn’t until 2020 that she fully embraced the power it held to transform her life.
Committing to a daily practice, she experienced profound physical, mental, and spiritual benefits, leading her to complete her 500-hour RYT certification through Pranayoga Institute.
In 2023, she founded The Mindful Moment to share yoga with her local community in Fort Wayne, IN. She has now expanded to offering online yoga and looks forward to connecting with practitioners all across the globe.
